Welcome to our vibrant new lounge at the heart of the hotel, where guests can enjoy great food, drinks, and a lively meeting place from morning until late at night. Created in collaboration with Moët & Chandon, the bar brings a sparkling French ambiance every day of the week. Santé!

Christmas & New Year at Sparrow
Festive dining à la française, crafted with the finest seasonal ingredients. Experience a touch of French Christmas with our holiday menu, served alongside our regular à la carte from December 2nd–20th. Or welcome the new year with our exclusive New Year’s menu, thoughtfully curated for an evening filled with flavour and celebration.

We offer The Parisian Lunch on weekdays from 11.30am - 2pm – a thoughtfully crafted lunch served with fresh bread from our bakery & a petite carafe of wine for 195 SEK. Bienvenue!

Wine Bar
We feature a lively, ever-changing selection of wines by the glass, guided by season and availability. From our cellar, we bring out both rare vintages and hard-to-find bottles – perfect for the adventurous as well as the classic wine enthusiast. Terroir and character take center stage, with variety at the heart of the experience.
Enjoy your glass alongside fine French cheeses or artisanal cured ham from our counter. We look forward to welcoming you for a thoughtfully chosen pour – or two!

Breakfast
In the morning, we dim the lights in the lounge and present our French breakfast buffet. Featuring high-quality ingredients like eggs royale, bread, and artisanal croissants from our bakery, Green Rabbit, the buffet is a delightful spread. Naturally, we offer our house macarons and madeleines to accompany your coffee. A French breakfast can be so much more than just a croissant and an espresso.

Chambre séparée

Le Garden is located one floor up, overlooking Sparrow's charming courtyard, and offers the perfect setting for private events and relaxed gatherings. Here, you and your guests can enjoy fine wines and delicious snacks in a laid-back atmosphere, with space for up to 45 people for standing receptions.
