Welcome to the Oyster week at the Sparrow

Tuesday the 26th of October is the premiere for our oyster week. On the premiere, the oyster diver Lotta Klemming is here to talk more about the wonderful world of oysters. Lotta is a second-generation oyster diver and knows everything there is to know about oysters. She has also selected the oysters that are served during the week.
During the week, a selection of Swedish and French oysters is served, and you will be able to choose to enjoy them natural or with classic condiments or in cooked form.
